    April 30, 2010 by admin

    !--[if !mso]>

With the launch of the 300C Touring, Chrysler target="_blank" title="Peter Warren Chrysler">Chrysler is proving that their company is helping to revolutionize full size car performance since the 300C is more edgy, luxurious, and extremely speedy. If you love style and good performance, then Chrysler 300C Touring is definitely for you.

    What Makes 300C Touring Special?

Apparently, the 300C Touring has an “in your face dazzling rolls Royce effect.” The 300C Touring also stands out a mile away and several various grilles are available for it. A personal choice would be the mess grille though.

There are also those fat wheels with mags to envy. Hear people as they comment how lovely your wheels are especially when they are all washed up and sparkling to its highest level.

With its huge body and manly contours, it is pretty hard to resist the 300C Touring. Even though the 300C Touring has a luxury car price tag, it is really more affordable—compared to Mercedes and BMW models—with ten times the wow factor that you will surely get for your money.

There are actually a lot to consider when purchasing a luxury car. You will need to make sure that you will get the best value for your dollar as much as you can and in my humblest opinion, the Chrysler 300C Touring will give you the best shot both for its performance and appeal.

At Peter Warren Chrysler in Warwick farm, they have devoted their selves to helping and serving their customers to the best of our ability. They believe the cars they offer are the highest quality and ideal for your life needs. 5. Bmw Model F800st

    April 30, 2010 by admin

BMW has a loyal fan base which has helped it lead the market among European motorcycle manufacturers. But challengers to the throne like KTM are aggressively seeking to gain some of that market share. In the world of sports they say that competition brings out the best (and worst) in people, and that’s the same spirit that the boys in Bavaria have used to bring some of that market back home. Looking at its current lineup, BMW brass realized that among its 650cc singles, 1,200cc boxer twins and in-line fours it had, well, nothing in between. It needed a bike to fill that gap and attract more first-time buyers to the BMW experience. The new F800ST (and its sportier brother, the F800S) is the answer. Call them the affordable Beemers.

The F800ST being a BMW a range of options is available, including ABS brakes and matching saddlebags. There's a clever ratchet system to adjust their size and they're practical enough, if not the capacious carriers of the older machines.

Two key ingredients for successful sport touring are fuel economy and the functionality of the saddlebags. Despite its 800cc, the Beemer is surprisingly efficient with fuel. We averaged just a tick above 46 mpg in a variety of riding conditions, ranging from the quick canyon blast to the weekend getaway. That efficiency could come in handy, too, as the tank only holds 4.1 gallons. Something we noticed was that our ST’s fuel gauge would always show a full tank, even after traveling more than 100 miles, which should put the bike at about half a tank. It wasn’t until the 150-mile mark or so that the gauge would suddenly drop and show a quarter of a tank remaining. Weird.

What really sets this bike apart however is in the turns. Although I was by no means dragging knees on the demo, I have NEVER RIDDEN A BIKE THAT WAS AS RESPONSIVE AND EASY TO TURN. Pressure on the bars send this bike side to side VERY quickly and it tracks very well once put there. The suspension soaks up midcorner bumps with ease, and exhibits no problems on the brakes. (Dive etc...) It is much more well sorted than other BMW suspensions I have ridden (telelever). Brakes are not sportbike powerful but are more than sufficient and give excellent feedback. ABS....works....and is odd on a motorcycle. You choose whether you need/want it.

Although I didn't ride with a pax, my wife came and sat on it and said that the comfort was similar to the Sprint ST and substantially better than the SV.

    From the Saddle

BMWs get better the harder and longer you ride them, and the F800ST was no exception. A pleasure cruise through the country may be pleasant on just about any motorcycle, but when I rode the F800 between Montreal and Toronto it was a long, hard and fast day.

Characteristic Bimmer quirks are absent, like the sideways twitch when blipping the throttle and scuffed cylinder heads from aggressive cornering. And who can’t appreciate a gearbox that doesn’t clunk when cogs engage.

  6. Bmw and Audi: Top German Luxury Car Makers

    April 30, 2010 by admin

BMW or Bavarian Motor Works was founded in 1916. It started as an aircraft engine production but shifted to motorcycle production after World War I. The circular blue and white logo of BMW became popular throughout the world because of their excellent car and motorcycle manufacturing. Over the years, this German company became known as the one of the worldwide manufacturer of high performance and luxury automobiles and motorcycles.

Audi, another German automobile manufacturer, is also known for its luxury automobiles. Its four-ring logo is to represent the four original companies which merged eventually: the Audi, DKW, Horch and Wanderer. Audi is also a manufacturer of both cars and motorcycles and one of its most famous oldest models is the Coupe.

BMW has its SUV range with the BMW X Series. The BMW SUV range includes the BMW X3, X5, and X6. The Audi SUV range has the Q7 and Q5. Both SUV ranges offer vehicles on both petrol and diesel. Audi is proud of their SUV line because it is one of the most compact SUVs in the market yet offers a very spacious interior. Also, Audi Q5 and Q7 are coupe-shaped, has a long wheel base, and can accommodate 5 passengers. BMW, on the other hand, offers xDrive four-wheel-drive system with fully-variable torque split, six-cylinder in-line engine with four-valve technology.

BMW also offers a convertible range with its 1 and 3 convertible and the top-of-the-line BMW M3 Convertible. Audi’s convertible is the sports car Audi TT available in Coupe and Roadster. With its sleek design, the Audi TT is a winner with its 6-speed S tronic gearbox, a Quattro four-wheel drive, and its TDI engines. Comparing BMW’s M3 with Audi TT, the BMW has a more elegant and impressive overall design.

The sedan series of BMW offers the Coupe range. These are the BMW 1, 3, 5, 6 and 7. These sedan ranges are distinct to each other when it comes to interior and exterior design, road compatibility and engines. The Audi sedan range has the A3, A4, A5, A6 and the A8. Practical yet luxurious, safe and demanding on the road, Audi continues its high quality in style and performance.

Choosing from the two companies of BMW and Audi would definitely be depending on the buyer’s preferences and general taste for BMW leasing and possibly Audi leasing. Both car ranges offer different yet powerful specifications ideal for contract hire options.

Me and my friend in my BMW 325 diesel automatic chasing a Renault Clio club sport on the Nurburgring Nordschleife. The Renault was fast, and allthough we couldnt overtake him, I think we did a good job keeping up, considering we were two great danes in a diesel with automatic. Please excuse me, but this is my first time playing with incar video, and the camera I bought is crap, and will be traded in for a better one. Main purpose was to find out camera mounting, and this worked okay.

  10. Dinan Cars Announce Parts Availability for Bmw 328

    April 29, 2010 by admin

Dinan Cars, an automotive company in the United States known for designing and manufacturing aftermarket performance parts for BMW vehicles, recently announced the availability of new BMW 328 Coupe and Sedan components. The company not only produces aftermarket parts for BMW vehicles but also for the MINI brand. The said company is based in Morgan Hill, California and is also known for designing and building BMW racing engines for the Grand-Am Rolex Sports Car Series Daytona Prototype class. Its products are sold through a marketing network composed of different BMW dealerships and other independent auto shops across the United States.

The BMW 328 is under the 3 Series that was redesigned by the German car manufacturer last year. For this car model, Dinan Cars announced the availability of the Ram-Air Intake Assembly although this would only be for the sedan version. The company stated that they used the ram air effect to give the air intake assembly better access to air. The said component scoops up air from the area close to the brake duct. This is in addition to the already existing air duct. The air flow from both of these components gives the engine more air. The use of this component can improve the torque and horsepower output of an engine.

The responsiveness of the engine to the demand of the driver is also increased giving extra power when it is needed. The aftermarket part is composed of an aluminum “air scoop”, a silicone hose, and an air-box duct. Tests have shown that this aftermarket performance part can increase power output by as much as 7 horsepower and 6 lb-ft of torque at 6600 revs per minute.

Another for sedan only aftermarket part that was announced to be available by Dinan Cars is the Free Flow Exhaust. The said component is designed to reduce back pressure. For performance enthusiasts, back pressure is considered a bad thing since it reduces the power output of an engine. It is generated by an exhaust system with many twists and bends. Although laws have been passed to increase back pressure to eliminate loud noise, the Free Flow Exhaust uses design technology which reduces backpressure but at the same time keeps the engine noise to a minimum level.

The exhaust part is made out of 100 percent stainless steel. This means that the component can resist corrosion for a considerably long time. The aftermarket part is also designed to fit the factory hangers and its connection with the exhaust manifold. Dinan Cars announced that this same exhaust will be available for BMW 328 coupes shortly.

Another product available from Dinan Cars is the Strut Tower Brace for both the coupe and the sedan version of the BMW 328. The strut bar is a suspension system component used to complement MacPherson struts. The said component provides better strength to the strut towers. According to Dinan Cars, the new strut tower brace they have designed will “help to maintain the structural integrity of the towers over the life of the vehicle as well as providing sharper handling by reducing flex under harder cornering conditions.” This gives better ride comfort to the already smooth driving BMW 328. The aftermarket part is precision engineered to fit the strut tower reinforcements. This ensures that the aftermarket part will perfectly complement the stock components used on the coupe and sedan.

The strut tower brace is recommended by Dinan to be used with another product they have designed and produced and is now available in the market. The Stage 1 Suspension system for both coupe and sedan is composed of a Dinan Performance Springs, Koni Strut and rear shocks, and bumpstops. The suspension assembly increase road grip of the tires and also reduces body roll. The assembly also lowers the car giving it a truly performance car look.

Dinan Cars is one of the leading manufacturers of BMW aftermarket parts such as BMW belts, body kit, and other accessories. With a long standing agreement with BMW dealers which allows Dinan-modified vehicles to retain the factory warranty. Usually, the warranty that comes along with a vehicle is immediately lost after a modification has been made to the vehicle. This shows how Dinan Cars has created a name for itself in the United States auto industry.
